E | “改造工期长、生活受干扰，也是很多居民的顾虑。随着‘把老房子改为好房子’工作的深入推进，利用新科技、新工艺研发的新产品正加速涌现。”黄俊杰举了个例子，传统地板翻新，要拆除原有地面、找平、铺装，10平方米的客厅，起码得要一周才能完工，而拼接式装配式板材可以在原有地板基础上直接组装，一天就可以搞定。值得关注的是，浙建集团还依托“智链平台”实时同步施工进度，方便业主在线监督，创新采取“AI设计+数字房屋档案”模式，提高设计效率、留存管线三维数据，规避后期改造隐患。老房改造还能领取补贴技术导则让施工更有标准价格，更是老百姓考量旧房改造的另一道门槛。记者了解到，为进一步降低居民改造门槛、激活旧房改造潜在需求，浙建集团创新推出“浙建补”惠民补贴政策，聚焦老旧小区局部焕新、全屋整装、适老化改造等类型，补贴资金流程简单、兑现便捷。在此基础上，“浙建补”还与惠民服务、金融支持相结合，一方面让老百姓实实在在享受到政策红利，另一方面带动本地建材、施工、劳务等上下游产业协同发展。“其实，老旧小区碎片化改造面积小、收益低，经营主体普遍不愿接单，导致居民有需求但很难落地。”西湖区住建局相关负责人介绍，而“浙建·好房子”社区服务门店打通了居家改造服务的“最后一公里”，集合了展示、设计、签约、售后等功能，“接下来，我们计划在各镇街都能打造一个实景案例样板间，让居民可以就近、直观感受到改造成果。
F | ”此外，西湖区还联合浙建集团编制《老旧住宅轻量化装配式改造技术导则》，明确安全、环保、适老化三大硬性建设标准，并聚焦厨卫焕新、防水防潮、居家适老三大高频改造场景，细化施工规范，为装配式改造提供统一技术支撑。
